WWCG's role is to act as "lead guide" for devising and implementing
the overall change strategy. Our goal is to help our clients identify the priorities, assess alternative action plans and
provide expertise and guidance when needed. Ultimately, however, we want to enable our clients to lead the change process
themselves and not be permanently dependent upon us!
